  Walt did an absolutely fantastic job with our new roof – it’s clearly built to last. He was incredibly meticulous and professional during the installation, and really went the extra mile.   “I couldn’t be happier with the new steel roof Walt and his crew installed in 2021. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. They were incredibly meticulous – the cleanup was done daily, and there was never a single mess left behind. Beyond the original scope of work, they went above and beyond, like installing gable vents and removing the old awning to install a new one over the entrance. The vinyl siding replacement in the areas needing it was a really nice touch. Honestly, I was surprised to see my heating costs drop, and the biggest difference is how cool my house stays in the summer. Before, I’d be running the AC constantly, even with temperatures above 80, but now I can comfortably keep the windows open and enjoy the cooler air. The roof itself is amazing – it keeps the attic cool in just about half an hour when the sun isn’t shining, and the AC cycles much more efficiently, even when it’s 90+ outside. I wholeheartedly recommend Walt and his crew and their steel roofs – it’s been a truly worthwhile investment.” report abuse

  Walt and his crew did a fantastic job for us twice now. We initially had a major ice dam issue with our shingled roof, and they completely replaced it with steel and added extra vents to really improve airflow. Then, several years back, they expertly repaired hail damage to the roof, siding, and windows. More recently, we had a problem with a section of the steel roof popping up, and Walt addressed it immediately after we sent him pictures and an email. Overall, we’d definitely use him again for any future roofing or home repairs and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone else. report abuse
