  Chris and his team at Beam & Structural Repair Co. were absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, we were incredibly impressed with their work adding lally columns and beams to our basement. Everyone was so friendly and professional, and communication was outstanding – they kept us constantly updated on the progress and answered all of our questions promptly. The job itself went exactly as planned, and they even took care to clean up the work area thoroughly. If you’re looking for reliable and skilled structural repair, we wholeheartedly recommend Chris and his team – they did a wonderful job for our 100+ year old house, and we’re sure they’d be equally great for newer homes too. report abuse

  I couldn't be more thrilled with the work Chris and Ryan did! For 15 years, I’ve dealt with incredibly bouncy floors, and they’ve completely transformed the stability of my house in just a few weeks. Honestly, I was really nervous going into this, but they were so kind, patient, and professional – they really put me at ease.   Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend Beam and Structural Repair Company if you’re already feeling stressed about a deadline, like I was. After getting my house offer accepted and learning about some structural problems, I contacted them for an estimate. They were polite and responsive initially, promising a call back within two days to schedule an inspection. However, no one ever followed up, and they didn’t answer their phone after 2pm. They apologized the next morning, explaining they leave early each day, but I ultimately took my business elsewhere because their lack of responsiveness made me seriously question whether they’d be reliable for scheduling or addressing any issues that might arise during the repairs. report abuse
