  Luis was fantastic – he really took the time to understand what we needed when we contacted him about adding gutters to our house.   I recently had Luis from Summer Exterior do some work on my house – he fixed a leak around my chimney and installed gutter leaf guards. He did a fantastic job with both! He completely addressed the roof leak by removing the shingles, adding a cricket, and properly re-flashing the area around the chimney and rake board. He even showed me pictures of each step, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of his work. The gutter leaf guards he installed were exactly what I wanted – the stainless-steel mesh type that sits on top of the gutters. Luis was incredibly professional, the price was fair, and he left the whole place spotless. It was a real pleasure working with him and Summer Exterior – I’d definitely hire them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for exterior work. report abuse
