Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on that feedback: “Overall, this was a disappointing experience. The crew arrived two hours ahead of schedule, which was inconvenient, and they didn’t take the time to do a final clean of the pool as we’d discussed. I also felt it was unprofessional that they didn’t knock before entering my property. While they seemed to be working diligently until I questioned the winterizing kit – which they didn’t include despite my initial agreement – I was also concerned about the minimal water level they left and the resulting mess in the pool house. I’m now going through everything they did to ensure everything was completed to the agreed standards.”

“We were really disappointed with the service we received recently. The worker who closed our pool for the winter didn’t notify us of his arrival or completion, and we had to repeatedly call the company to get a response. Furthermore, another worker unexpectedly showed up in our yard without warning, leaving us unsure if the pool was actually closed. Despite his claims, we weren’t satisfied with the work and had to have him return to complete some missed tasks. To add to our frustration, we also received a significant price increase after years of reliable service – a price hike that felt unfair given the quality of service we’d been receiving.”

Honestly, this was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. From start to finish, the communication was shockingly poor – they’d show up whenever they wanted, with no warning, and it took nearly eight months to complete our pool project despite signing the contract on August 1st, 2020. Adding to the problem, the subcontractor they used for the concrete did a truly awful job, and we never received a receipt or any invoices for the $15,000 spent. We had to repeatedly chase them to fix the sinkholes that developed in the steps, even after reporting them in July. It was nearly impossible to get in touch with them – calls went straight to voicemail, and many weren't returned. They only seemed to take action when we threatened to file complaints. I strongly advise against using this company unless you’re prepared for a huge headache and don’t have a set timeline or a concern for when the work will actually be finished.”

“I’m so sorry you had a frustrating experience. We know the past few years have been incredibly challenging for everyone, with major disruptions in supply chains and staffing shortages impacting our industry – and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time.”

Okay, based on “EEEEEEEER”, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation: “This piece is… striking. The repetition of ‘E’ creates a powerful, almost unsettling effect. It’s simple, but manages to evoke a strong sense of unease and perhaps a feeling of being trapped. It’s certainly memorable.”

“Thanks so much for getting back to us with your feedback – it really helps us improve. We’re glad you were able to get things sorted out, whatever the problem might have been.”

“Thanks so much, Al, for the fantastic 5-star review! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your positive experience.”
