  Mike and Kelly were fantastic to work with! From the very start, Mark and his team were incredibly professional and helpful. They quickly diagnosed the problem – a leaking ventilation duct in the garage causing the mold – and came up with a smart solution that addressed both the operational and financial aspects. We really appreciated how involved Mark kept us in the process, clearly explaining everything from the mold removal and duct sealing to the sheetrock re-installation and joint compound application.   Overall, Cozy did a fantastic job renovating our home. The team was incredibly friendly and professional, and they really went above and beyond to protect our property – they covered everything with plastic and cleaned meticulously. What was particularly impressive was how quickly they finished the job, completing it in just one and a half days instead of the originally estimated 2-3. They were also thoughtful, carefully patching the holes they created and even offering helpful tips and letting me borrow tools for other projects I was working on. My only small concern was the patching material – I would have preferred a different solution to ensure it could handle things like command strips or nails in the future, but I did add a second layer of spackle myself to really get the job perfect. I would absolutely recommend Cozy and would definitely hire them again. report abuse

  I had a really terrible experience with this moving company. The owner, George, completely failed to deliver on his promises – he missed the appointment three times and never even bothered to contact me when he didn't show. I ended up losing $600 for unloading and reloading my garage, and the job he initially quoted me is still incomplete, despite rising prices.
