They were efficient, didn't try to upsell, and were really patient explaining everything. Plus, they took the time to advise me on the best wiring setup from our main panel to the new outlet, which was fantastic.   “We’ve now used this company four times and have been consistently impressed – the quality of their work, the prices, and the service have all been fantastic. Gail has always been so easy to work with when scheduling, and it’s really appreciated that we can easily reach her by phone. Edgar and Andy were outstanding today. They were incredibly professional, helpful, and really took the time to explain everything clearly while they repaired our bathroom heaters and serviced them, as well as installing the GFIs and addressing the safety issues with our ceiling fan. They even gave us a great estimate for converting our old fixtures to LED-compatible ones. They were punctual, efficient, and left our house spotless. We’re definitely planning on having them back to complete the fixture conversions and install a new LED ceiling fan – thank you all so much!” report abuse
