Honestly, I’m really disappointed with the experience we had with FAME. The flooring itself was significantly more expensive than we anticipated, and dealing with the vendor was incredibly frustrating – they were consistently difficult to reach and responsive. To make matters worse, the installation crew was quite unprofessional and their work was sloppy. I’d strongly recommend getting quotes and comparing customer service from multiple flooring vendors before making a decision.
