  “Royale Plumbing was fantastic! Our dishwasher wasn’t draining properly and Tanya scheduled an appointment really quickly and even took care of all the paperwork with our landlord – a huge relief. Luis arrived on time, diagnosed the issue (a clogged drain hose) and fixed it right away.   I was so impressed with Royale Plumbing – truly a fantastic experience! Monique was an absolute star; she was incredibly knowledgeable, really good at figuring out the problem, and even went above and beyond to help me save money. She was proactive in identifying the root cause, which was amazing. Humberto and Jose were also fantastic – they were fast, accurate, honest, and incredibly hardworking, getting the job done in a day when others would have taken weeks. Seriously, I’ve used a lot of plumbers and Royale Plumbing is definitely the best I’ve ever worked with! report abuse

  “Royale installed a new toilet and tank in my apartment, which was a pretty tight space with the bathtub close by. After they were finished, I noticed a small dent in the bathtub’s glaze – I think it might have been caused by something they used. While it’s a minor issue, I don’t have the skills to fix it myself. I sent Royale a photo to let them know, and their response was really frustrating: they said they don’t do any patching and aren’t responsible for any damage. Honestly, that felt completely unreasonable! If they caused the damage, they should take responsibility. Because of their poor customer service and that dismissive attitude, I definitely won't be using their services again.” report abuse

  “We had a really frustrating experience with this plumbing service. They responded quickly to our emergency call about a leaky faucet, which was appreciated, but the pricing was incredibly high – $150 felt like a complete rip-off. To add to that, they then charged an extra $100 to install a faucet, even though we provided all the necessary parts. Then, after they finished, they tacked on an additional $40 for a faulty supply line without any prior warning or explanation. It was completely unacceptable not to inform us about this extra part and its associated cost. I tried to discuss the pricing with Monique, but she was shockingly rude and essentially scolded us over the phone, despite my roommate being very polite. Because of her dismissive and frankly aggressive behavior, I could only give them one star. Overall, this was an overpriced and unpleasant experience, and we definitely won’t be using their services again. Hopefully, the new faucet will actually work properly after all of this!” report abuse

  I was so relieved when Royale Plumbing responded so quickly to my urgent call about a leaking outdoor faucet. I contacted another company at the same time, but they were much slower. Royale Plumbing arrived right away and, within just two minutes, they quickly identified the issue – it turned out I’d simply over-tightened the valve! They didn’t charge me a single penny for the fix, and explained the whole thing to me in a way I could understand. Honestly, after 20 years of dealing with plumbers, this is the first time I’ve found one I can truly trust. They were prompt, honest, and saved me a lot of worry and money – thank you so much, Royale Plumbing! report abuse

  “I was so pleased with the service I received! They were incredibly prompt, took a quick look at my clogged bathroom sink, gave me a clear and honest estimate, and fixed it within just 10 minutes.   “I was really struggling with a clogged bathtub and had tried Drano and even snaking it myself, but nothing was working. Royale Plumber was fantastic – they squeezed me in for a 11am-1pm appointment and were actually there at 12:20pm. They fixed the problem in just three minutes!
