  Overall, I was really pleased with the experience. Solar Wholesale took care of everything – they designed the kit, sent over the plans, shipped it promptly, and even helped me navigate getting the necessary permits from my local building department and the electric company. The installation itself went pretty smoothly, although it was a bit challenging to get the panels up on the roof – I definitely relied on some YouTube tutorials! I also had to be extra careful to make sure the wiring wasn’t touching the roof, and figuring out how to use the Enphase Installer Toolkit app took some time, but Enphase Support was incredibly helpful in getting me up to speed. report abuse

I recently purchased an 8KW DIY kit from them, and while there were a couple of small things missing from the initial kit, their customer service completely made up for it. Seriously, I’m a bit of a detail-oriented customer, and Jeremy was just outstanding – he went above and beyond to help me. He didn’t just answer my questions, he took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I truly understood. Honestly, his level of service was like the Ritz Carlton!   Honestly, our initial experience with the solar installation was fantastic – everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable, and the installation itself was top-notch. However, things quickly went downhill once we needed warranty support. We contacted them just a month after installation when 12 of our panels stopped working, and it’s been a nightmare ever since. We were given a month-long estimate for a technician to come out, but that date passed and passed, and we haven’t heard a single thing from them. We’ve called, emailed, and even texted multiple times, but we’ve been completely ignored. Now, seven weeks later, we’re still dealing with 12 malfunctioning panels on a $45,000 system – and we’re really worried about whether it will ever get fixed. The extended warranty feels completely useless at this point. Looking back, we wish we’d gone with a company closer to home, even if it meant paying a bit more. We really love the solar itself, but this whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. report abuse

While I wasn’t able to finalize the quote due to financing challenges with a mobile home, he took the time to go over it with my existing contract and confirmed it was a solid deal.
