I’m incredibly frustrated and deeply concerned about the situation I’m facing. I sustained a serious injury at work due to what I believe was negligence – specifically, the safety supervisor failed to address a known issue with the lockbox, which had been broken for weeks. Despite this, no action was taken until after I was injured. Adding to this, the HR manager has been completely unresponsive. I’ve emailed her repeatedly throughout the day seeking crucial information – the adjuster’s name and claim number – which I urgently need to access medical care. It’s unacceptable that I haven't received a single reply. Furthermore, the company’s disregard for safety is alarming. A 50-pound door was simply left unattended and unsecured, creating a clear hazard, and I feel completely let down by WGI’s lack of responsibility. I’m extremely disappointed with the way I’m being treated during this process.
