  “I’m incredibly disappointed with Google’s service. I paid them to mark the corners of my property, with a receipt dated December 1st, 2022, and they haven’t done a single thing. I’ve only contacted them through email and phone calls, and the complete lack of follow-through is just unacceptable. I relied on them because they handled the staking for my house years ago, but it’s clear they’ve completely lost their touch.   “I’ve had a really mixed experience with this company. They did an excellent job assisting me with the sale of my house in Pinellas County – they were incredibly responsive when we needed to close early, and the surveyors were professional and courteous. However, it’s concerning that they also conducted a survey for the house we recently purchased in Citrus County, and it seems like the job wasn’t fully finished. We received the survey paperwork, but weren’t given any markers or indications of our property lines, which is a huge problem for us because we have a wooded lot without a fence. Despite repeated calls requesting they put out flags at the corners, it’s now been five weeks and no one has come out. I’ve been bounced around with promises of “next week,” and frankly, it’s been incredibly frustrating – especially since they were already paid to do the initial work.” report abuse

  “Overall, we’ve been really frustrated with the communication throughout this process. It feels like the staff isn’t actively engaging with us; they seem to be relying solely on file notes and assuming everyone’s on the same page, which clearly isn’t the case. We’ve received several automated texts but haven’t gotten a single reply to our questions or concerns. Adding to the stress, surveyors have been sent out without any prior notification, and we still haven’t been able to schedule a final inspection to ensure a smooth closing in just two days.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company’s service. They initially marked part of my property, but then it took a full month to complete the job properly, despite repeated calls. I was given a timeframe of 5-10 days, and it just dragged on and on. The last time I contacted them, I was told to email the manager to even get someone out there. Honestly, the whole experience was a huge letdown – incomplete work, terrible service, and unacceptable wait times.   “I’ve been using Target’s surveys for a few years now and I’m really impressed. The customer service is consistently quick and helpful, and the surveys themselves are super easy to understand. Plus, they’re fair – they don’t chase us for payment if a contract cancels, as long as we provide the necessary documentation, and their fees are noticeably lower than some other survey companies I’ve used.   I unfortunately had a really negative experience with this company. I strongly advise against using their services. From the start, their initial survey was completely off – they insisted the overgrown corners of the property were the actual survey location, which they weren’t. They didn’t even mark the corners properly, and it took them weeks to correct their mistakes. Honestly, I lost all confidence in their work and I’m already arranging for a new survey to be done. Furthermore, getting the information my insurance company needed took over a month, costing me a significant amount of time and money, and ultimately leading to the need for the work to be redone. It seems a lot of their positive reviews are from people who haven't left reviews before, which makes me question their authenticity. report abuse
