  “I had a really frustrating experience with this repair service. They initially scheduled a technician, but kept calling to reschedule which I didn’t mind as they moved the appointment forward. When the technician arrived, he quoted me $200 for the repair, but then discovered he needed an additional part, bringing the total to $215. I paid $125 upfront, but later found I’d been charged $250 instead – which was completely unexpected. Then, the next day, the technician called to tell me the part cost $400! It seemed strange since he’d already looked up the part before giving me the initial quote. I only received a partial refund of $45 back to my account. Ultimately, my washer is still not repaired, and I never received a response to my numerous messages and texts asking about the situation. The whole process felt incredibly sketchy and the lack of communication was really poor customer service. I would absolutely recommend looking for a different repair service.” report abuse

  Vlad and Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair Boston were absolutely fantastic! I was in a really stressful situation – my furnace completely died and I needed it fixed urgently. Honestly, I was a little wary after a previous bad experience, but Vlad quickly put me at ease. He responded to my call immediately, arrived promptly, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Vlad’s knowledge and professionalism were top-notch; it was clear he knew his stuff and I felt completely confident trusting him. What was particularly impressive was that he was able to pinpoint the issue that another technician had missed! He then offered a fair and competitive quote for a full HVAC replacement, which was a huge relief. The whole process was incredibly smooth – Vlad ordered the new system and it arrived the next day! He scheduled the installation quickly, and within just a couple of days, my new system was up and running perfectly.   Ruslan from FUSE HVAC was fantastic! We had a dishwasher issue – it just wouldn’t drain – and I spent a couple of hours trying to fix it myself with some basic troubleshooting. Ruslan came out the next day and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was a really personable and skilled technician, and I appreciated how much he explained what he was doing while he worked.   “I’m so incredibly grateful to have found this team! Vladimir specifically was fantastic – he diagnosed and fixed the sensor in my dishwasher that everyone else had failed to resolve. Now it works perfectly. He also tackled a really tricky problem with my vents, getting rid of a dead animal and ensuring everything was properly cleaned and protected.
