  Overall, River City did a fantastic job replacing our two upper windows. The new windows themselves are absolutely amazing – I couldn’t be happier with them! The team was very professional and efficient, though they did have to wait a little while for me to be available. I’d definitely recommend River City to anyone needing work done. report abuse

We appreciated how they addressed our concerns throughout the process and kept us informed.   I couldn't be happier with my new windows – they’ve completely transformed my home and solved a huge problem for me! No more struggling with step ladders. The team was fantastic; they quickly addressed the issue with one of the windows that wasn’t locking, and they even went above and beyond by coming to our house to fix it.   I just wanted to say a huge thank you to River Valley Remodelers! We had our walk-in shower completely renovated, and the whole team was fantastic. Sam was great during the initial consultation, Erick at the office was always helpful, and Dave did a wonderful job with the plumbing. But honestly, a massive shout-out to Billy and Ben – the installers. They were absolutely amazing, took such pride in their work, and it really felt like they were putting their own hearts into it. report abuse
