He always does the job properly, never tries to take shortcuts, and while he might not be the cheapest option, you absolutely get what you pay for. It’s so hard to find good, trustworthy tradespeople these days, and Sypek is truly one of the best.   I’m really disappointed with my experience. I wouldn’t even consider using this company’s services, and unfortunately, I had a frightening encounter with one of their drivers. He disregarded traffic laws, nearly running me off the road twice, and then aggressively forced his way into my lane, nearly causing a collision. When I contacted the business to report this, I received dismissive responses blaming me for the situation. Honestly, their reaction—deflecting responsibility and offering unhelpful advice—shows a complete disregard for safety and customer concerns.   I wholeheartedly recommend Sypek – they were fantastic! We had a really stressful situation with an electrical emergency on Christmas morning, but Bill and the team were incredibly responsive. They were at our house within an hour, got us back up and running, and were completely transparent about the costs – no surprises at all. They followed up promptly on Monday to do the full repair and install everything properly, all while staying within our budget.
