“I used to really like this place – they had a great selection of stone. However, lately it seems like they’ve let their stock dwindle. I went in yesterday hoping to purchase a significant amount, but I barely made it into the showroom. The saleswoman outside was incredibly rude and had a really bad attitude. Ultimately, I ended up going to Ondricks in Chicopee, where I bought $6,000 worth of stone and had a fantastic experience with a very helpful and friendly salesman.”
-
“The team working outside were really helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the staff in the showroom weren’t as attentive – they struggled to give us a clear price quote and ultimately suggested we return another time. We decided to go with a different business after that.”
-
The sales team’s availability and engagement felt quite limited – there wasn’t a strong sense of proactive support.
-
“This place has a really great selection of pavers and outdoor displays – they’ve got something to fit almost any patio design. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for ideas or materials.”
-
“It was a little tricky for me to explain exactly what I needed, as I’m not familiar with contracting work. However, the staff were incredibly patient and did their best to understand and assist me.”
-
“They had a fantastic selection of everything I needed to create my custom wall – it was really well-stocked.”
-
“I went there on Friday afternoon around 2pm, but unfortunately, it looked like the place had closed permanently.”
-
The service was truly outstanding.
