  “I couldn’t be happier with Total Remodeling! They completely transformed my mom’s bathroom, making it so much safer and easier for her to use. Her old bathtub was a real problem – too high and slippery, which was making her really anxious. I was really impressed with their approach. The designer was fantastic – so patient and really took the time to walk me through the whole process via video call, even virtually showing me the changes. They made sure my mom and I were completely comfortable with every decision. Throughout the entire remodel, they kept us updated every step of the way, and the final result is absolutely beautiful.   Overall, I was really impressed with Total – I’d been hesitant to hire anyone for roof work after a bad experience before, but they completely put me at ease. They started with a thorough inspection, offered clear recommendations, and didn’t try to pressure me into anything. The estimate was fair, and the team showed up on time and worked incredibly efficiently to get the job done quickly and well. I was also really pleased with how they cleaned up – they took everything to a dumpster, which was fantastic. From start to finish, the whole process was incredibly smooth and seamless. I’ll definitely be using them again for future projects, though I would appreciate a little less frequent follow-up – I’d rather they be proactive in ensuring everything runs smoothly than difficult to contact.” report abuse
