I’m incredibly disappointed with my ADT experience. We had cameras installed back in April 2017, and despite having a technician look at the issue, they still aren’t functioning properly. It’s frustrating to constantly deal with problems and I’ve never been able to reach a technician when I call. Honestly, this system isn’t worth the money, and I’m canceling my contract once it’s up – I’d recommend going with a different security system instead.
