  Honestly, we were absolutely thrilled with the window replacement Pella did for our 1830s farmhouse. From the very beginning, with Jonathan’s consultation, to the actual installation, they were just fantastic – knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and really professional. Bill and Scott’s combined experience of 35 years was a huge asset, especially when they had to work around some unexpected challenges with the old house. We were a little nervous because we’d just had the interior painted, but they took such care and were so skilled that we didn’t need to worry about any touch-ups at all. And they were incredibly tidy, cleaning up after themselves perfectly each day. It was a truly smooth and pleasant experience – we couldn’t have asked for anything better. report abuse

He was incredibly responsive and took the time to really understand our vision, walking us through all the window options and suggesting some great sizes that perfectly suited our goals.   I just wanted to share how thrilled I am with the new Pella sliding glass door Dave Ruffner installed for me. From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic – Dave was incredibly professional, and the process was so smooth and easy. He even came out the same day to give me an estimate and had it to me the next morning. I’ve always been happy with Pella windows, and after this experience, I’ll definitely be using Dave again when we replace the rest of our windows, and I’ll be sure to call him for any future home improvement projects. report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with the entire experience. From the start, our salesperson was fantastic – incredibly patient and helpful, especially considering he was working through the initial stages of the pandemic. He went above and beyond, meeting us on Zoom and even visiting our home for the final measurements and contract signing, always with a friendly and courteous attitude. The installation team was also excellent – professional, efficient, and the windows look absolutely fantastic.   “We absolutely love our new windows! The installers were fantastic – so professional and they did a really neat job. The Pelli casement windows in the living room and kitchen replaced our old ones seamlessly, and honestly, you wouldn’t even know they were new – they blend in perfectly with the rest of the house, especially since we handled the interior trim ourselves.
