  “We were really pleased with BuildEx – it took us a while to find a reliable company for our window and door replacement, but Mike and his team really delivered. From the very beginning, he was incredibly courteous and professional, and we felt like we were getting a fair price for the quality of their work. They replaced four windows, our entry door, and a patio slider in just over a day. To be honest, they uncovered quite a bit of rot and damaged materials in our older home – built in the 60s – which meant the project was a little more involved than initially anticipated, but they didn’t raise the price.   “I was really pleased with BuildEx – they made the whole window replacement process so easy. Back in 2019, the inspection flagged that all my windows needed replacing, which was a big job. Luckily, a neighbor recommended them, and they ended up being fantastic. The team was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and even stepping in when the supplier couldn’t deliver the windows themselves. The install was top-notch, and they went above and beyond by even repainting a vent in my attic for free! They were so patient with my kids too, which was a huge bonus. It was also really reassuring that they followed all the COVID and lead-safe protocols, especially with my older home. They left everything spotless – no mess at all.
