“I’m really disappointed with the delivery of this part. I ordered it with overnight shipping and it’s now been three days – it still hasn’t arrived. When I contacted them to cancel the order since I no longer need it, or at least have the overnight shipping fee removed, they were unable to accommodate my requests.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience working with Chadwick Baross. I placed a machine rental contract after being assured it was available, only to be abruptly informed it had been sold. I’ve been repeatedly hung up on during phone calls and received no communication whatsoever. This resulted in a significant financial loss for my company, and I will absolutely not be using their services again.
