    “We need to ensure all solicitors operating in Avon are fully compliant with local regulations. Avon is a ‘no-knock’ town for solicitors unless you’ve obtained a permit from the Avon Police Department, and solicitors are required to wear their badges at all times. We’ve already contacted the police regarding previous concerns and will continue to do so until we see full adherence to these town laws.” report abuse

    “I was incredibly frustrated with this company’s approach. Two of their representatives came to my home, and right away the quote they presented was far beyond what we could afford. We made that clear, but they just kept insisting they were trying to find the best possible price – it felt incredibly pushy. After a lengthy discussion, my husband finally told them we couldn’t proceed, but they just wouldn’t accept our “no.” They continued to pressure us for another hour, and eventually, my son had to ask them to leave. Then, unbelievably, they came right back two minutes later, offering to revise the quote – which we again declined. It was a complete barrage of calls and visits, with different agents repeatedly contacting me about my project, even after I made it clear I didn’t want to be bothered. It escalated to the point of harassment, and I had to firmly ask them to stop calling me. Frankly, it was a terrible experience, and I strongly advise against doing business with this company. They are overly persistent and will not respect a simple “no.”" report abuse

    “I really want to urge everyone to carefully review *everything* in your contract and loan agreement. I’ve heard reports that the company has been misleading people about interest rates and payment plans, and I’ve personally experienced it. Despite canceling my contract on time, they’re still trying to collect my deposit check – it was $500, which was meant to cover my monthly payments. Strangely, my loan was only at 9.99% with an excellent credit score of 800, but my monthly payments were already exceeding my mortgage payment by over $2000. Please, be extremely cautious.” report abuse

He unexpectedly knocked on our door offering a free roof inspection, and thankfully wasn’t pushy at all – we were already thinking about a new roof, so we scheduled an appointment. Greg was fantastic! He took the time to thoroughly explain the condition of our roof in a way that was easy to understand, and he was incredibly honest about what needed attention. What really impressed us was his knowledge and the fact that he went above and beyond to make sure we fully grasped all our options. As first-time homeowners, we really appreciated his patience and willingness to answer all our questions. It was clear he was genuinely focused on providing us with the best possible service, and we felt completely confident in his expertise.     Honestly, I’m really disappointed with the final experience. While we’re thrilled with the beautiful siding and the great work Lauren and Gordie did, and the quality of the installation, the biggest issue was the follow-up. Six weeks after the job was completed, DaBella hasn’t even attempted to schedule a time to pick up the leftover materials left on our property. It’s a shame because with a little communication and cleanup, this could have been a fantastic experience. report abuse
