  “We were so happy to find J&A Doors – it was a complete stroke of luck! We needed a new garage door opener, and we went back to the company that installed our original door five years ago. Unfortunately, the technician initially told us they didn’t have the right opener for our garage, but he promised to get it. He never did, and we didn't hear from them again. Then, we found J&A Doors, and it turned out to be a fantastic discovery. Ray, the technician, is truly outstanding. He quickly diagnosed a problem with our door track and, because of our unique interior construction, it was a bit more complicated than usual. But Ray was incredibly resourceful – he skillfully worked around the challenges, aligned the track perfectly, and installed the opener with amazing efficiency. He was so positive and friendly, even! And the best part? Our dog, who’s recently come from a tough situation, absolutely loved Ray! Seriously, that’s the best kind of recommendation.   I just wanted to say Ray was fantastic! I called this morning for a service call and he managed to squeeze me in later that afternoon – a huge relief. He even called me beforehand as he promised. He arrived promptly, was incredibly knowledgeable, and gave me a quick, accurate estimate. Best of all, he actually fixed the problem right then and there!   I was completely stuck on Saturday morning when my torsion spring broke and left both my car and motorbike stranded in the garage. I frantically called around to seven different companies, but no one could get to me until Sunday or even Tuesday! Then, thankfully, I got through to Heather at J & A, and she called me back within just 30 minutes. She quickly arranged for Brian, the owner, to come out that same day, and he fixed everything up in just 60 minutes – he was fantastic, really professional and explained everything perfectly.
