    “I was really frustrated with my experience. It took an unreasonably long three weeks to get an appointment, especially during the summer. When the technician finally arrived, he was only there for a very short time and essentially told me they no longer carried the refrigerant needed for the job, then charged me $120 for that brief visit. I also wasn't able to schedule a follow-up appointment to explore replacement options.” report abuse

    “The two technicians who came to do the HVAC maintenance check were professional. However, I was disappointed that they didn’t take a quick look at the ducts as I’d requested when I booked the appointment. I hadn’t been home, and I think there could be better communication between the office and the repair team about specific needs. It would have been helpful to know upfront whether or not they offered duct cleaning services, as I wasn’t informed it was a cash-on-delivery situation.” report abuse
