Their behavior was consistently rude and unprofessional, and they ultimately dismissed our case by immediately referring us to their attorney instead of handling it themselves. It felt like they were deliberately avoiding the work. We were constantly having to chase them down for updates, and the whole process felt incredibly disorganized and like we were being treated like a nuisance.
