  “I contacted Lumber Centre because Weather Shield directed me to them for replacement parts for two windows. Unfortunately, they completely dismissed my request. They told me the window codes I provided were incorrect, even though I obtained them directly from the location Weather Shield specified. I even sent them photos as proof, but they never followed up with any information about where to find the correct codes, nor did they acknowledge the photos. It felt like they simply didn’t want to help, and the way they referred to me as an “alleged client” was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.” report abuse

  “I wholeheartedly recommend The Lumber Center! My boyfriend and I are really into DIY projects, and we had an amazing experience with Mike and Les. We bought red oak flooring there over the summer for our house, and the quality and price were seriously fantastic – it completely transformed our home. They were so helpful too, Mike even checked in on us as we were installing it ourselves, patiently answering all our questions about the deck and windows we’re planning for the future. Honestly, we’d been spending a fortune at Home Depot, but after visiting The Lumber Center, we realized just how much better quality and customer service could be.   “I have to say, I was really impressed with Lumber Centre. I recently ordered some lumber – just three pieces – and wasn’t in a huge rush to have it. I called to inquire about delivery, and Les was incredibly helpful. He offered to add it to a delivery truck if one was already going to be in my area, and since I didn’t need it urgently, I agreed. To my complete surprise, a truck showed up the next day! I was honestly shocked at how quickly they got it to me – it was a fantastic experience and definitely above and beyond what I’ve come to expect from them; they’ve always been accommodating, but this was a whole other level.” report abuse
