  “We were absolutely thrilled with the work Major Home Improvements did on our Queen Anne style house. We had a seriously challenging project – a beautiful, round turret that’s the first thing you see when you drive up the street – and it took so many local roofers a pass because it was such a unique and difficult job. Then, Major Home Improvements called us back within an hour and scheduled a quote, which was fantastic. Vasilie and his crew were amazing! They not only took on the project but did it at a really fair price. They even traveled several hours to be here, and honestly, we were so impressed by their genuine customer care – we’d been turned down by so many other companies. Within two weeks, they had the old roof completely demoed and the new one finished in a single day! The crew was incredibly nice, professional, and considerate, and Vasilie himself checked in regularly to make sure we were happy. They even came back a second day to do a final touch-up. My home looks absolutely amazing, and my family and neighbors are so impressed.   “I just wanted to share my incredibly positive experience with Tom and Major Home Improvements. We were completely overwhelmed when we decided to get our roof replaced – honestly, we didn't know where to begin! Tom was fantastic; he patiently walked us through everything, offered us several options and gave us plenty of time to make a decision. The quality of the work itself was outstanding – truly beyond what we expected. The roofers did a phenomenal job, and they finished the entire project in just one day. They really paid attention to detail, making sure all the plywood was perfect and replacing any rotted wood. Danis, the on-site manager, was also fantastic – he took photos throughout the process and was there the whole time, then followed up with us afterward to explain everything. We received regular updates and pictures, and they even did a final check-in.   Overall, we were really pleased with the service we received. It was our first time working with this company, and they exceeded our expectations. They quickly and professionally replaced a window with a damaged seal and installed two custom-made windows we ordered. The windows arrived ahead of schedule, and the installation was done perfectly.
