  Overall, I’m really pleased with my solar panel system – I went with the 32-panel ground-mounted setup with the 13kw battery backup, and it’s turned out to be a great choice. It’s much more efficient than a roof-mounted system, and it’s super easy to keep clean, especially in the winter; the steeper angle really helps with the snow. I went online on January 10th, and by March, my electric bill was completely negative! I’m just waiting for the SMART program to start paying me back. I really want to give a shout-out to Carlo and the whole team – they were fantastic, always on top of getting all the paperwork and permits sorted out. The only hiccup was that I had to purchase a transformer from Eversource for around $1400 because the one on the street wasn’t sufficient. The Eversource technician even said it was a bit of overkill, but I’m more than happy to have it! report abuse

  Overall, we had a fantastic experience with All-Energy Solar. They really excelled at explaining the technical aspects of our solar project – the economics and logistics were presented in a way that was easy to understand, and they simplified all the complicated paperwork related to utility and government incentives. While there were a couple of delays with the installation date, once it was finally completed, the work itself was top-notch.   Overall, our experience with All Energy Solar was fantastic. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional and communicative – everyone we dealt with was clear, accessible, and kept us fully informed. We especially appreciated the regular updates we received, starting from the contract signing and continuing every two weeks, which was really reassuring given how long these kinds of projects can take. Ben, our sales representative, was a real asset; he wasn’t just focused on selling us a system, but he truly understood the product and the installation process, and he could answer all our detailed questions instantly. Gillian and Paris, our project managers, were also fantastic, keeping everything on track and coordinating all the details seamlessly. The installation crew, Crew 2, did a brilliant job – they finished ahead of schedule and kept us informed throughout the process, and the inside work was done with great care and minimal disruption.
