They installed it at the end of last season, and the whole process was incredibly smooth – from the initial excavation to the final installation. Clancy and his team were fantastic; they worked tirelessly, often from morning until night, and were always so responsive to our questions, getting back to us within a day. Everyone was so knowledgeable and professional. They even went above and beyond by helping us with a clogged filter issue, sending someone out the very next day. Installing the pool cover was a breeze, and we’re really looking forward to enjoying it all summer – it's so easy to maintain, especially with our salt water pump.   Overall, we’re absolutely thrilled with our new infinity pool! It’s stunning – we’ve had so many compliments on how beautiful it looks, and it’s genuinely a joy to swim in. We especially appreciate the autocover and pool enclosure; they’ve really extended our swimming season, giving us about eight months of enjoyment each year. Clancy and his team did a fantastic job throughout the entire process, even with some significant delays with suppliers and the initial pool delivery in 2021. They were incredibly resourceful and handled every challenge – like the high groundwater and the need for a custom drain installation – with expertise and a really positive attitude.   I honestly couldn’t have done it without Clancy and his team. I went with Pioneer Valley Pools for a DIY fiberglass pool installation, planning to hire someone else for the setup, but as you can imagine, big renovations are always full of surprises. Clancy and his crew were incredible – they were completely swamped with installations during a really busy season, but they went above and beyond to help us. They pulled in favors from other contractors, even rearranging their team’s schedule for multiple trips to our house. Seriously, we would have been completely lost without their help. We now have a fantastic pool in our backyard, and I’m so excited to finally get it open! If you’re considering a pool installation, please, please don't just go with the cheapest option.   Working with Pioneer Valley was a fantastic experience – truly a smooth and efficient process. Clancy, the owner, was incredibly transparent throughout, and the whole crew, particularly Jake our foreman, went above and beyond. Their fiberglass pools are fantastic – they offer a great selection, beautiful designs, excellent value, and are really easy to maintain. From start to finish, the whole team was fantastic. Clancy, the owner, was personally involved in helping me pick the perfect design and even worked through some tricky installation issues.   Overall, we’ve been really pleased with our experience with Pioneer Valley Fiberglass Pools. We started the process in early 2021 and Clancy was fantastic – he came right out to meet with us and we quickly moved forward with the Ultimate 35 pool installation in April 2021, anticipating a June 2022 completion date due to pandemic-related supply chain issues. That extra time was really helpful, allowing us to get the property prepped with some tree removal and grading work. However, we did encounter some delays in the summer of 2022, primarily due to limited transportation capacity from the manufacturer and difficulties securing the specific color we’d chosen. Despite these issues, which were outside of PVF’s control, the installation itself was completed in October 2022. Because we’re in New England, it wasn’t until April 2023 that we were finally able to actually use the pool. Clancy’s team was also incredibly patient and helpful, especially since we were first-time pool owners. They took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know about pool care and maintenance. We’re truly loving our new pool, and the quality of the installation and equipment is outstanding. We’ve had a few questions since the installation, and Clancy has always been quick to respond with useful information. We would definitely recommend Pioneer Valley Fiberglass Pools! report abuse

  “We used this company to install a pool system in our new home back in 2019, and unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. Initially, Clancy was very helpful in explaining the system and seemed knowledgeable, but things quickly went wrong during the installation process. The project manager wasn’t as experienced as Clancy had led us to believe, and we had serious problems with the pool caving in as we backfilled around it. There were also significant scratches on the pool itself, caused by the bracing they used. It was incredibly difficult to get Clancy’s attention to address these issues, and once they had our payment, we felt completely ignored. We’re now dealing with issues related to the pump being under warranty, but it’s been a nightmare trying to get them to correct the incorrect invoice they sent us. Honestly, it feels like they just moved on without caring about our problems. Because of this, we strongly advise against using this company.” report abuse
