Chad, the site manager, was particularly helpful, always answering my questions and making sure everything was done exactly to my specifications.   “We had a really frustrating issue with a leak in our roof, and we were convinced it was the flashing around the siding. Mighty Dog came out, and thankfully they agreed with our initial assessment and sent a great crew to fix it. They flashed the area and replaced the siding – we were so relieved when the first rain came and didn’t cause any problems! However, the next rainy day, the leak returned. To our surprise, the crew quickly identified the real issue: a very small hole in the rubber membrane itself. They patched it up right away, and we’ve had multiple rainy days since with absolutely no leaks – we’re incredibly happy with the final result!” report abuse

Vish and Rachel were fantastic – so responsive and professional, and they completed the whole job in a single day, just a few weeks after we got our quote.   “We had a really frustrating experience with this commercial roof project. It was originally scheduled to be completed in early January, but seven months later, it’s still not finished. They used subcontractors for every part of the work, and while communication was excellent initially, it quickly deteriorated once the project started. We’re currently holding onto $10,000 because the work was never fully completed, despite numerous attempts to address the issues with the owner, Vish. We tried to prevent negative feedback, but unfortunately, we had no choice but to share our experience.” report abuse

  Mighty Dog and Vish and their team did an absolutely fantastic job with our garage. They were so professional and easy to work with, and really went above and beyond. The quality of the work – the new roof, the Azek eaves and rakes, and the gutter installation – was top-notch. They were incredibly communicative, considerate of our property, and kept the project on budget. We were especially impressed with how quickly they completed everything, finishing in just two days with absolutely no mess.
