Josh was fantastic – he didn’t try to pressure us into anything, but really took the time to understand our needs and recommended the perfect pool for us. Everyone we spoke with was so knowledgeable and helpful, and we really appreciated their quick responses and excellent follow-up. The whole pool package and their support with coordinating everything on our end made the whole startup so smooth. This spring, Gallagher handled our opening and it was just a really smooth, easy experience.   “Overall, our experience with Gallaher Pools this year has been really disappointing. We’ve been a loyal customer of Carroll County Pools for six years and have always been incredibly satisfied with their service – it’s a huge step down from Gallaher. Specifically, the communication has been incredibly slow, and the customer service we received was frankly awful. We scheduled a pool school for our new pool on a Thursday, going to some trouble to rearrange our schedules. However, we were shocked to find out Josh had decided not to include us in the schedule that day without letting us know. Then, when we inquired about the solar cover we were expecting, it took a full week for him to even check with the installer. A month later, the cover still hadn't arrived – the installer confirmed it had been sitting there for two weeks and was scheduled for delivery soon, or we could pick it up ourselves. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend Gallaher Pools. It’s a far cry from the reliable and attentive service we received from Carroll County Pools.” report abuse

  “I can’t recommend Gallagher Pools highly enough! They were fantastic to work with from start to finish – they expertly designed and built our pool, and they’ve consistently maintained it for us, even closing and opening it regularly. Last summer was particularly stressful with our lease situation, but Gallagher Pools stepped in, located our pool, got it fully operational, and got us back on track immediately.   Honestly, I’m really disappointed with Gallagher’s scheduling. I’ve been trying to book an appointment – for anything from just opening hours to getting a service – for three years and it’s simply impossible. It feels like they’re just too busy to take on new customers, which is frustrating for us. report abuse

  “We’re absolutely thrilled with Gallagher Pools! Since we moved into our house in November, they’ve been incredibly attentive to all our needs – from getting the pool ready for the season to taking care of everything in between. I was particularly impressed with Debbie, who called in February to schedule our opening. She took the time to walk me through absolutely everything about our new saltwater pool, and I’d never owned one before, so it was fantastic that she patiently answered all my questions. The team who actually opened the pool were also amazing, spending a full hour going over all the components with me and making sure I knew how to operate the pump and filter. They've handled all our maintenance and replacement parts flawlessly, and we honestly couldn't be happier. We definitely won’t be going anywhere else!” report abuse
