  “We were absolutely thrilled with Mike and his team’s work on our pool. Mike is fantastic – so fair with his pricing and genuinely friendly, especially with our dogs! He really went above and beyond, trying to complete the whole project at once. We had some really old photos of the pool, and the transformation was incredible.   “I recently had Glistening Water Pool Services re-plaster my pool in April 2022, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Mike and his team did an absolutely fantastic job – the quality of the work is top-notch, and the pool looks incredible. They really went above and beyond, cleaning up perfectly after themselves. The Wet Edge plaster in the Tahoe color is stunning; it’s amazing how the pool looks different throughout the day as the light changes.   “I switched to Glistening primarily because a college student I knew recommended them. However, I wasn’t impressed. I had to jump through a lot of hoops – sending multiple emails just to get the service scheduled for the start of the second season. And once they were actually doing the work, the owner, Mike, was incredibly difficult to deal with. While I understand he’s growing his business, the poor communication and his frankly rude behavior were simply unacceptable for me.” report abuse

  Nate and Mike were fantastic – incredibly professional and reliable from start to finish. They were super responsive and got right to work on resurfacing and tiling our pool, and the quality of their service was excellent. What really stood out was their honesty and transparency; they clearly explained the quote and what was involved in the project, and they were very knowledgeable about the work.   Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with the work Nate and Mike from Glistening Waters did on our pool. We were looking for a company to completely renovate our 27-year-old in-ground pool, and from the first conversation, Nate was fantastic. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to really listen to our ideas and concerns. Mike had actually recommended Nate, and it turned out to be the best recommendation we could have received. Nate meticulously assessed our pool and deck, and he immediately convinced us that tackling the whole project at once would be the best approach – saving us money and ensuring a cohesive, beautiful design. What really stood out was Nate’s expertise. He could talk about everything – from the plaster to the electrical – and he always offered thoughtful recommendations without any pushy sales tactics. He even brought us samples and website links to help us make decisions. The entire process was incredibly smooth, thanks to Nate’s organization and the skilled crew he worked with, including Santos and Hugo. They were all professional, friendly, and did amazing work. We especially appreciated how Nate stayed involved, checking in regularly and promptly addressing any questions we had. It was clear he cared about getting the job done right.   Honestly, I was really disappointed with Glistening Waters. I tried contacting them multiple times – at least five calls and several emails through their website over the course of a month, but I never received any response. Because they didn’t bother to reply, I can’t recommend them for pool services. report abuse

  Mike was fantastic! I was really worried when my pump wasn't priming, but he quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it in just a couple of minutes. Honestly, he saved me a huge headache and a lot of money – I didn’t need a new pump at all. I’m so grateful for his honesty and professionalism; he’s a new customer for life! report abuse
