“I’m unfortunately unable to recommend this company. My elderly parents hired them following a house fire, and I’m deeply concerned about their handling of the situation. They reported that a sentimental family heirloom, a walking stick, was used to open their attic door and subsequently went missing during their visit. Adding to my concern, the receptionist was dismissive and unhelpful when my mother contacted them about the issue. Based on other reviews, it appears this is a recurring problem, and I believe the company needs to significantly improve its professionalism and customer service – most importantly, they must respect and protect their clients’ belongings.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with the service we received. From start to finish, it was a truly terrible experience. The employees were consistently rude and seemed completely unfamiliar with the work required, and worse, they attempted to skip crucial inspections. After completing the job, they left our property a mess and, unbelievably, damaged our property. When I tried to address these issues with Richie, he dismissed my concerns completely and, most shockingly, entered our home without our permission. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere – their lack of professionalism and disregard for our property is unacceptable.
