Bob and Atlas were a huge disappointment. We were really excited to get a quote for our alarm monitoring services, and Bob came to see us. However, he completely dropped the ball. The day he arrived, the city was paving the streets, causing a massive parking problem. Despite this, he just left us waiting for 30 minutes, completely ignoring our calls. When he finally showed up, he insisted it was *our* fault for the parking situation and then abruptly decided to abandon the meeting. It was incredibly unprofessional and frankly, insulting. Honestly, I don’t understand how a business can grow by treating potential clients this way. We were left stranded and felt completely disregarded. We’re glad we caught on to how Atlas operates before committing to their services – it’s certainly not the level of service we’re looking for.
