  I wanted to take a moment to share my incredibly positive experience with Kim. I’m usually pretty private online, but I truly believe she deserves recognition for the amazing support she provided my son and me. We faced a really daunting challenge – we needed to become licensed unrestricted contractors by January 28th, 2021, to secure a large bank-funded project. Everyone we spoke to said it was simply impossible. Then we found Kim, who gave us her number on December 27th, 2020. Her tutoring, both online and in person, was absolutely invaluable. She didn’t just teach us the building codes; she helped us organize and schedule our exams, and ultimately, both my son and I passed!
