“I unfortunately had a really frustrating experience working with Mike Schilling. A prospective contractor connected us, and while he seemed initially responsive, he quickly became difficult to reach. He completely avoids phone calls and doesn’t return calls, which ultimately led to a lost business opportunity. I didn’t hire the contractor he recommended, and frankly, his lack of communication was a major factor. It’s a good reminder to always manage your workload and, most importantly, to respond to inquiries promptly – a simple phone call can make a huge difference.”

I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. Honestly, I’d give them zero stars if I could. While the house plans themselves were well-done and detailed, the entire experience was incredibly frustrating and unreliable. Their communication was completely unacceptable – multiple calls and emails went unanswered for days, and I even wasted time visiting the office to find them completely unresponsive. They promised upgraded plans, but it’s now weeks later and nothing has happened, completely halting my renovation project. It’s clear they can’t deliver on their promises, and the lack of responsiveness is simply not acceptable for a business.

Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. They completely wasted my time and money, and I’ve had no luck getting in touch with them – they don’t answer calls or emails. I’ve requested a refund for my deposit and I’m seriously doubtful I’ll ever receive it. I wouldn’t recommend using their services.

“I’ve been working with this company for several years and have always been impressed with their fair pricing and quick turnaround times. Mike and Brad have both been incredibly helpful, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.”
