  “We were so pleased with L&L Fence Company’s work on our pool fencing project. It was a really challenging installation – attaching the fence and posts directly to the caps of our retaining wall demanded a lot of precision and involved multiple detailed plans, 4 custom gates, and a complex setup. But from the very beginning, we knew we’d chosen the right team. Dan and his crew just *got* what we needed. The foreman was incredibly detail-oriented and kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, ensuring everything ran on schedule and coordinating seamlessly with the other contractors working on the project – the pool installer and hardscape team included.   I needed topsoil and loam quickly, so I wasn’t expecting perfection, but I was really shocked by the price and quality. The guy loading it onto the truck had a lot of rocks mixed in, which I took care of myself, and the material itself wasn't the rich black color I was hoping for. Honestly, I just needed it and accepted it at the time. However, the final bill of $50 plus tax for just 1.3 yards of what felt like compacted dirt with a huge amount of sand and rocks the size of golf balls and baseballs was completely outrageous. It was a terrible experience, and I felt completely ripped off. report abuse

  Dan was fantastic – incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to answer all our questions about the cement pavers. He even let us look at a bunch of color samples, and we really appreciated his willingness to help. Honestly, it was well worth the trip from Northampton, and the service was far better than the other supply location we checked out. report abuse

  “Overall, this place is great if you’re looking for unique landscaping supplies – we found some really cool paver stones for a good price, and they even helped us load them into the car, which was a huge help. Just a heads-up though: if you’re buying a large quantity like we did, you’ll definitely want to have a forklift on hand to get it all moved!” report abuse

  This is a fantastic little shop – truly a gem in the neighborhood. They’re a really friendly and helpful team, and it’s clear they’re passionate about what they do.
