  I’m giving this company just two stars. Honestly, the customer service has been really disappointing. It feels like they’re dismissing legitimate concerns about property discrepancies, sometimes even denying that any differences exist. It’s frustrating when they don’t acknowledge the documented issues from previous surveys – it’s clear there were problems from the beginning. As a business owner, I believe they’re missing a huge opportunity here. The very least they could do is recognize these past issues and proactively inform new customers about the differences in surveys. Ideally, they’d even consult with a lawyer to understand the relevant property laws and be able to guide customers if they encounter disputes. They need to position themselves as a resource, not an obstacle, for anyone facing these challenges – because right now, they’re likely to be the first company people turn to when they have a problem. report abuse

  Honestly, this whole situation has been incredibly frustrating. Since the new owners took over, property lines have been drastically misaligned, encroaching on driveways and roads throughout the neighborhood. Their response – that the previous surveys were done incorrectly – feels dismissive, especially after 15+ years of established boundaries. Now, multiple residents are facing significant financial losses and legal disputes just to protect their property. It’s clear this change has caused a major problem, and unfortunately, the city isn’t taking a proactive approach to resolve it.
