  I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Floyd’s! I got a really high quote from another company before calling them, and I’m so glad I went with Floyd’s because they were local. Bryan was fantastic – he was out within an hour of my call and had a price for us the next day. The team that actually did the work were incredibly professional and respectful, and they even worked hard despite the pouring rain! I was honestly amazed at how quickly and effectively they fixed our pool; I really thought it was beyond repair, but they completely transformed it.   Floyd did a fantastic job installing our pool – we were really impressed with their expertise right from the start. They quickly spotted a few potential issues that would have caused problems with the inspection, which was a huge relief. The work was done really quickly and efficiently. What really stood out was their incredible customer service. They even noticed a problem with the liner and, without making us rush, waited for us to get a replacement – that extra two hours meant they were able to finish the job today, which we really appreciated.
