  “I was so relieved with the service we received! We’d just purchased a hot tub and needed a crane to get it onto our backyard slab, which started with a bit of confusion with the delivery truck company – they’d initially said they’d deliver on Wednesday, but then changed it to Tuesday. Thankfully, the crane company stepped in and managed to get us scheduled for that Tuesday! TJ, the driver operator, was absolutely fantastic – he was incredibly helpful and professional, really making sure everything was placed perfectly.   I’m incredibly concerned about the dangerous work being done by this crane company in my neighborhood. They’ve been operating without any safety measures – no cones, no warning signs, and no workers present to ensure safety. It’s shockingly reckless to work on busy roads like this, completely unprepared and without notifying anyone. I’ve witnessed numerous near misses and believe there have been several serious violations. To add to my frustration, the phone number on the truck is disconnected, making it impossible to report these issues. It’s truly alarming and unacceptable. report abuse
