“Honestly, my experience with Modern Door has been incredibly frustrating. They were brought in as a subcontractor for our project, and we’ve run into a series of problems that have caused a huge amount of delays and inconvenience. Initially, they had to return to fix the installation of the partition itself, which was due to a last-minute requirement from the fire inspector – and that wasn’t their fault. But then, they completely missed their first scheduled appointment, claiming they’d had us booked for the following week. After a second visit, they discovered the door had been ordered incorrectly, and then, on a third attempt, they finally got the door installed, only to realize they were missing the necessary trim. Now, we can’t even fully operate the partition because they haven’t yet provided the trim. It’s been nearly six weeks, and despite promises of a quick resolution, we’re still waiting. I’m truly disappointed with the lack of communication and the extended timeline – it really feels like they don’t prioritize customer satisfaction.”
