  I was absolutely overwhelmed when I called today – I’d been dealing with a frustrating issue with my breaker and a faulty appliance, and I’d already had two new dryers replaced in as many weeks. It was incredibly stressful with three kids and a mountain of laundry! Thankfully, I found this company through a Google search, and I was so impressed with how quickly they responded. Matt, the electrician who came out, was a lifesaver. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and, amazingly, even helped me get reimbursed by the appliance installer. It turned out the appliance wasn’t properly connected *and* there was a serious wiring issue on my breaker that could have been dangerous! Seriously, he completely resolved my biggest frustration in just a few minutes. I can’t express how grateful I am for their quick and compassionate service.   “I was really pleased with the service I received when getting my house lights updated. John Goudie himself handled my call, and he was incredibly helpful, asking all the right questions and sending over photos to get a clear estimate. We had a small issue with the sconces, but John and his team were fantastic – they worked with me to find a solution and ultimately installed lights that were perfect for the space.   “I was really impressed with John Goudie Electric! I needed some extra electrical work done in my basement to accommodate a fridge and freezer, and they handled everything incredibly efficiently. Mr. Goudie stopped by the next morning right at 8:30 to take a look, and he was so prompt and courteous – it was fantastic service. He didn’t charge me for the initial assessment and quickly put together a detailed proposal that was very reasonable. A technician arrived within the hour and completed the work in about an hour! It was all done so quickly and professionally. Honestly, Mr. Goudie and his team really went above and beyond.   John from Goudie was fantastic! He arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed my electrical issue really quickly, and it was exactly what the home inspector needed too. I really appreciated how professional he was, and it was great that he took extra care by putting on shoe covers – it showed he respected my home.   I was absolutely thrilled with the service I received – they did a fantastic job installing my ceiling fan, pendant lights, and recessed lighting. From start to finish, the customer service was excellent; they were incredibly efficient, kept me well-informed, and responded really quickly to any questions I had. What really impressed me was how carefully they protected my cabinets and floors, and they left the whole area spotless. John even went above and beyond by arranging for a painter to patch the holes in the ceiling – a really thoughtful touch! They completely revamped my electrical system for the pool – including the pumps, outdoor outlets, and pool light switches – and it was done flawlessly.
