I’m incredibly frustrated with the handling of my zero-turn order. Brian initially told me they were running behind but would still deliver, and then he completely misled me by saying it was scheduled for delivery today – only for it not to arrive. It’s unacceptable to be given false information, and the whole situation forced me to lie to my husband. I no longer trust Brian or his promises.
