From start to finish, everyone was so responsive and helpful – they answered all my questions promptly, and the team arrived exactly when they said they would. They took the time to explain everything to me before they started, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire installation. It was fantastic that they handled all the electrical permits for me, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. Honestly, the crew worked incredibly hard and were meticulous about every detail.   “I can’t recommend Bill Clinton from Ecogen highly enough. He was absolutely fantastic when we had our solar panels installed and, frankly, a lifesaver! We ran into some really frustrating issues with excess energy consumption that the solar company and the power company just couldn’t figure out.   Overall, working with Ecogen for our SunPower solar installation was fantastic. Frank was a huge help – he was so approachable, communicative, and genuinely helpful, and really made the whole process a pleasure. The crew did a fantastic job and they were incredibly thorough with the cleanup too. Dan was also really easy to deal with when we needed a quick follow-up. Honestly, the installation itself was the smoothest part of the entire project. I was so impressed I’m already in touch with them to see if it’s possible to add a battery to our system – if it’s permitted, I’m certain they’d do a great job with the installation. report abuse

  “I was absolutely blown away by Ecogen Services. From the very beginning, Dan Mascroft and his team operated with the focus and efficiency of a really well-coordinated operation. I was a little skeptical when they said they’d be there at 7 am, being two hours away, but they arrived right on time – a whole crew with a flatbed and Bobcat! Seriously, they just jumped right in and completely transformed my property. Dan and Bill Clinton, the project manager, and the whole team were incredibly professional and detail-oriented. They worked with such speed and respect for my property, and they were genuinely nice guys. It was amazing to watch them work, especially when they finished that platform under my deck – completely unseen!
