  “I was really disappointed with the final result of my new fence installation by Iron Martin. While the initial service was okay, we quickly ran into problems with the gate within the first month – it started sagging and scratching my driveway. It also seemed like the posts weren't properly set with Quickcrete. I contacted Iron immediately to get it fixed, but despite promising to take care of it, nothing has been done after almost nine months. Now the fence is actually starting to gap, and I brought this to his attention on December 10th, but I haven’t received any response or call back. It’s frustrating because I initially had a good rapport with Iron, but this lack of resolution is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend him until he addresses these ongoing issues.” report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with the work Max and his team did on our fence! We recently moved to Canton, MA, and they seamlessly updated the existing fence they’d previously installed. We added some large double gates for vehicle access, and they did an absolutely fantastic job – truly going above and beyond to incorporate our small requests and make everything perfect. It’s so refreshing to work with a company that truly listens to their customers and is willing to go the extra mile, even after the job is complete and payment has been received.   I was really pleased with the service I received from Iron Fence LLC. They quickly responded to my request to replace my stockade fence – Iron himself came out the same day to assess the job, and I had a detailed estimate within a day, and it was significantly better than other quotes I’d gotten. The crew showed up on time, even in the rain, and they completed the work in just one day. Iron is a genuinely great guy – honest, hardworking, and he clearly stands behind his work. I’d definitely recommend Iron Fence to anyone needing a new fence or wanting to replace an existing one, and I’ll certainly be using them again. report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with the work the team did installing our fence back in July of 2022 – they were punctual, professional, and a great value. Mr. Martin and his team were responsive to our concerns. However, we did notice some swaying in the wooden fence in January of 2023, likely due to the wind. While someone did come out to try and stabilize it, it’s not quite as sturdy as we’d hoped, and we’re wondering if incorporating concrete into the post holes would have provided a more secure foundation. We’re hoping the fence holds up well in the long run. report abuse
