They worked really well together, with a little bit of friendly banter, and clearly explained everything from chemical levels to equipment upkeep. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful, making it impossible to schedule an appointment. Honestly, it’s hard to even get in touch when the staff isn’t willing to assist you.   I’m really disappointed with my experience. The customer service was shockingly poor – I encountered incredibly rude behavior, particularly from the owner himself, after trying to settle a payment. It took two weeks to get through to anyone, and the interaction I finally had was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend using this service. report abuse
