“I just wanted to say how incredibly pleased I was with Devin at Corlett, Probst, & Boyd. I’ve worked with him on three different properties and he’s always been so professional and helpful, always ready to answer any questions I had. Most recently, during the closing on our new home, we had some concerns about potential flooding, and Devin immediately took the time to review the information and reassured us everything was alright. We truly appreciate his personal attention and feel completely confident in their service – we wouldn’t have made the purchase if not for them!”

“Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this business. From start to finish, it was a really frustrating experience. I received two identical quotes for the job, but the communication and process were completely chaotic. There were misquoted prices, missed contact attempts, and a general lack of organization. They initially gave me a three-week timeframe, but it took nearly five weeks to get anything done, and it started with a wrong number they’d written on a sticky note! Despite promises to send someone out to survey, the job sat on hold for far too long. Then, suddenly, it was cancelled, followed by inconsistent updates and a final invoice that was 50% higher than the original quote. It felt like they simply couldn't keep track of anything, and I ended up spending countless hours chasing them for information. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable company.”
-
“I’ve had a really positive experience using CP&B – I’ve utilized their services both for personal and business needs on three separate occasions. They were consistently responsive and always delivered on time, so I wholeheartedly recommend them.”
-
“I had a really positive experience speaking with Toby – he was incredibly helpful and friendly. I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for this kind of service.”

“Seriously, I absolutely loved it there!”
