“Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the service we received. The professional survey company and their agent did a fantastic job – they completed the land survey quickly and went above and beyond our expectations. We also appreciated how promptly they sent over all the necessary paperwork.”

Overall, my experience with BHC Surveying Company was good – they really focused on getting the pin placement just right, and everyone I dealt with was incredibly polite and professional. However, I was a little frustrated with the pricing. I initially got a quote of around $950, which seemed reasonable, and the representative assured me there were no hidden costs. Then, the contract arrived with a total bill of over $3,000, which was a significant jump. I contacted them to understand the difference, and while they said that amount was standard, I ultimately signed the contract trusting their word. Now, I’m receiving an invoice for over $3,000 and it’s unclear who’s handling my case – I’m hoping we can sort out this confusion quickly.

“Overall, our experience with Mark was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. From the start, things were disorganized, and we felt completely unsupported. We initially signed a contract in November 2021 that stipulated 30 days for the survey, but we spent months trying to get updates on the progress. He repeatedly misplaced our paperwork and seemed genuinely confused about our project. Adding to the problem, we were charged the highest possible price despite receiving a minimal level of service, and he didn't seem to care. Then, unexpectedly, the county demanded a platting, which Mark should have anticipated, but it caused further delays. We were given a quote for the platting, but the final bill was 1.5 times that amount – and when we raised our concerns, he became aggressive and disconnected the call. The entire project, from beginning to end, took nine long months. It felt like we were constantly chasing him and battling to get answers.”

“I was really impressed with Matt, Joel, and Dylan – they stepped in to survey my property on very short notice and were fantastic. It was a really tricky job with outdated records and no markers, but they handled it professionally and I can’t thank them enough for their help!”
-
“I was understandably concerned when they insisted on surveying my property, and I clearly communicated my refusal. Despite this, they proceeded with the survey and left a flag marking the location, which felt like a disregard for my stated wishes.”

“Savoy was definitely the most expensive company I worked with, but I genuinely felt like they cared about us as customers – they treated us like a family. They were incredibly responsive when the FEMA flood map changes came out, resolving the issue within a week, which was fantastic. However, things went downhill after that. I received a bill with a lot of complicated information I couldn't quite understand, and I called to get clarification. It ended up requiring a special surveyor to explain everything, and I was promised a follow-up phone call, but that never happened. To add to the frustration, I came outside after work to find markings on my house without any explanation. It felt like our situation and family weren’t a priority for them – it was almost like they just wanted to get paid.”
-
“Savoy really came through for us – they were able to quickly determine our property line the same day we needed it for our fence project. We were in a tight spot, and their responsiveness was fantastic!”
-
“I was really impressed with the service – I called and they managed to get me an appointment for the next day, which was exactly what I needed. We were in a bit of a rush to get a land survey done, and they were incredibly helpful. I’d definitely recommend them!”
-
“I was consistently frustrated with their lack of communication and responsiveness. They never provided clear updates on their progress, and they failed to follow through on the work, never even letting us know when they wouldn’t be able to complete it, which unfortunately wasted a lot of our time.”
-
“This company is consistently recognized as one of the top performers in the region – a really impressive achievement.”
