  “On October 16th, 2018, I had a really stressful experience when my kitchen water filter exploded, causing a significant amount of water damage throughout my home. The mess was extensive, affecting the kitchen, basement, and even a bedroom. I immediately contacted my insurance company, who assigned S&A Construction to handle the repairs. James Sampson and his crew were efficient in the initial cleanup and damage control, working through the night. However, my communication with Annie Nelson, who took over the repair side of the claim, was incredibly frustrating. She brought her children with her during the estimate process, which I found unprofessional. Despite agreeing to provide an estimate, Annie couldn’t deliver one immediately due to concerns about losing business. After waiting several days, I finally received a delayed estimate, but I haven't heard back from them since. It’s been incredibly disruptive – my house is still a mess, and I’m unable to have guests over. I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and the overall experience with Annie Nelson and S&A Construction.” report abuse

  “We found this company through Home Advisor and were really pleased with their quick work – they finished the roof and gutter job in just one day, which was fantastic. They even sent us some pictures of the house afterward. Despite being a bit over 2 hours away, they were professional and responsive. A month later, we had a family emergency and needed to stay at home, and they promptly addressed a small adjustment to one of the gutters. They came out the same day and took care of it, and even did a thorough cleanup around the property. Overall, a really good experience.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with this experience. I scheduled a quote for a basement finishing project on March 19th, and they never showed up on March 30th. When I followed up, they claimed they had no record of my appointment and asked me to reschedule for a week later. It seemed incredibly unprofessional and a clear lack of respect for my time.” report abuse
