  “I contacted this company in early March to arrange a boundary survey for my small property, and it’s incredibly frustrating that I hadn’t received a quote after waiting three weeks. They quoted me a price starting at $800 to $1200 – which is significantly higher than the typical cost of a survey for a property like mine (around $200 to $700, according to my research). Honestly, it felt like I was just left waiting, and the inflated price is completely unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this company for a standard residential boundary survey.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with Vassallo. We contacted them because a friend recommended them, but it was a really frustrating and unprofessional experience. We just needed a simple survey for a small piece of property, but they seemed only interested in larger jobs. After an initial survey revealed we had less land than we expected, we met with Mr. Vassallo and he promised to investigate further. We didn’t bother him for a few months, assuming he was busy, but when we finally reached out with emails and voicemails, he responded with a completely dismissive and rude comment – essentially telling us we weren't bothering him enough for him to do anything. Honestly, it felt like he was deliberately ignoring us. I would strongly advise against using this company – there are plenty of other surveyors out there who treat clients with respect.” report abuse

  “I can’t recommend Vassallo Engineering highly enough! They handled the entire surveying and land subdivision for my property, and they were fantastic from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive to all my questions, always explaining things clearly and with a real understanding of the process.
