“I can’t recommend Long Architectural Services. My experience was incredibly frustrating and, frankly, dishonest. I hired them to create basic structural plans for a property sale, and they completely jeopardized my deal. The problem was a simple oversight – a missing section of the plans resulted in the township rejecting our building permits, leaving us with just four days to fix it before closing. It caused a massive scramble involving myself, my real estate agent, the contractors, and even the buyers. The architect, Wade Marlin, was dismissive and evasive, and the office manager, Steven Feigeles, mirrored his attitude, refusing to take responsibility or offer an apology. Ultimately, they simply dismissed my concerns and refused a refund. It’s clear they prioritize their own convenience over customer satisfaction. Don’t waste your time or money on this company – they’re a joke.”
